AWAVA with contributions from National Family Violence Prevention Legal Services Forum, Harmony Alliance and Refugee Council of Australia has made a submission to the 70th session of the United Nations Conventions on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW).

AWAVA, along with National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Women’s Alliance (NATSIWA) and Harmony Alliance: Migrant and Refugee Women for Change, has made a joint submission in response to the Australian Law Reform Commission’s Review of the Family Law System Issues Paper.
