1800 RESPECT is Australia’s national 24-hour telephone counselling hotline that supports victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. 1800 RESPECT provides telephone and online counselling from qualified and experienced professionals.

Safe Steps Victoria
If you are in Victoria, you can call the Safe Steps 24/7 family violence response line on 1800 015 188 for support and information.
Domestic Violence Line NSW
Domestic Violence Line NSW is a statewise free-call number and is available 24/7. The Domestic Violence Line provides telephone counselling, information and referrals. The line can be reached on 1800 656 463
